Great Grandma Angus
My Great Grandma Angus is now 97. I remember going up to Idaho Falls to visit her when she lived by where my Grandma and Grandpa Cook now live. We would take road trips up here and stay with her and go see and try to catch the frogs. She always loved to sit out in her swing. For some reason I remember her very well, even though I didn't see her very often. I think out of all her great grandchildren I saw her the most because I was always taking road trips with Grandma and Grandpa Cook. I went to go see her this last weekend and she wasn't doing too well. She had been in bed all day. However, she was very alert and remembered me (I was very excited about that). Today, Sunday the 5th, Grandma Cook came out of the office and told us that Grandma Angus wasn't doing well and that we needed to go see her, that she was most likely going to die if not tonight then in the morning. Once I saw her, and realized just how bad she was, all I could do was wonder if she would die while I was there. After everyone had visited with her and started to visit with each other I stood by Grandma Angus' bedroom door. I know this is probably terrible, but I just couldn't help watching to make sure that she was still breathing. She didn't die while we were there but we are waiting for the call. She is ready to go and it will be better for her once she does. I love her very much and so does all her many family members. Grandma Angus, I love you and always will! I'm glad I got to see you!
