Prom- 2011

Prom this year was soo fun! Of course I went with my boyfriend Braden Shoemaker. We had a blast! We went paintballing for our day date..I should've taken pictures there, but I never think of things like that. It was way fun! It was my first time paintballing and to tell you the truth I was actually really nervous...but still excited. I almost didn't take my jacket with me...for those that know me you know that isn't out of the ordinary for me....good thing I did, we were up af canyon and it was pretty cold. Anyway, I only got hit once, in the hand. It killed soo bad and it started bleeding! gross. It happened when we were playing boys against girls capture the flag with paintball guns. Dangerous right? We had this really good plan that one person would just go for the flag and everyone else would watch her back and run with her to shoot the others. Well, turns out she was the only one brave enough to run staight to the flag, towards the boys. The rest of us ran and hid. I got hit while hiding with another girl. I started sceaming...she thought I was crying. haha. anyway, then we went to macaroni grill, to the dance, partied, then after the dance we went to someones house to watch a movie. It was fun! Here are some pictures!

My cute sister in-law did my make-up. It looked pretty, she's awesome!
On a completely unrelated note: I'M BUYING A CAR!!!!!!! WOOT!

Newspaper

People sometimes ask me...."Courtney, what do you do in newspaper?" Well...It's kinda hard to describe....so I decided to put some of our pictures up instead.

Newspaper is so much fun! (P.S. I also happen to be in newspaper right now when I am writing this post. TEHE) Oh and see that girl with the long brown hair...yeah, she's my cousin Lauren. No one ever believes us when we tell them that we are cousins....yeah. We are. So....The original plan was that Lauren and I would take pictures together. However, then David decided he wanted to get in them, then we let some other "chosen ones" in!

I don't care who knows it

My best friend is twelve years younger than me and I don't care who knows it. She is the cutest girl I've ever met and she can always make me laugh. Malia and I are almost like sisters...or at least we act like it. We fight and tease each other all the time. She tattles on me like I always did to Jen. But she's my Friday night buddy. I love that she sleeps over on friday nights. She's been in Idaho these past couple of days...again, and I just miss her the most. She's super cute and says the FUNNIEST things ever! I absolutely love her.."The most and a million"
....And while I'm at it, here's a picture of my and my favorite one year old niece: I love her soooo much!
